Unique points based system that makes the time you spend on your CPD count
The Staffroom have developed a simple points based system that quickly supports our members to achieve their CPD goals.
One point = 15 minutes of CPD - 4 points = one hour.
Points are awarded for every self-assessment you complete and article or document you read and download into your CPD dashboard and these quickly and easily build up to recognise the time you’re spending on your professional development.
In addition points can be awarded for every training or professional development activity you undertake when you spend time reading, evaluating and reflecting on your activities.
We recommend that members who work full time should work towards 60 hours of CPD on a yearly basis – this equates to 240 points. Part-time members should aim to achieve 30 hours or 120 points of CPD each year.
